Run her own business in casting & advertising industry before pursuing her career in HR field.

Gained experience in Big 4 (former Big 5) companies, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where she led Recruiting (AA) and participated on HR due diligence project when merging with Ernst & Young.

In General Electric led several HR teams, from the position of HR Manager for Sales, Marketing & CRM GE Money, Auto and Multiservis (2000+ FTEs) through Learning & Development Lead to HR Director. Lead project of Flexible Working Arrangements in GE Money, is co-author of Blended Language Learning and author of Internal Coaching Program. She is GE certified lecturer for Leadership Skills.

In General Electric she was a High Potential Retention program member and attendee of development forum Career Express.

Graduated from Psychology, Charles University in Prague. Further studies include Psychology of Happiness at University of Pensylvania, Certified Coaching Program, now she is immersed in their studies of Future Driven Coaching approach.
