After spending 15 years in multinational corporations, mainly in telco and banking, pursued her carrier as independent coach and consultant helping companies to grow the business and develop people.
In General Electric, she was leading team of 15 people responsible for complete marketing communication mix for GE Money Bank and Multiservis brands.
For PPF, in a role of customer experience expert contributed to creating unique customer focused brand – Air Bank as well as to roll out of the best practice in customer experience to other markets of HC group.
Alma Mater: University of Economics Prague – graduation 1996 – Major: Marketing, Minor – Psychology and Sociology. Further studies include: Cross Cultural Communication (The Copenhagen Business School), Certified Coaching Programme (QUED group), Gestalt in HR (Institute pro výcvik v Gestalt terapii) and Resilience and Emotional Intelligence (UC Berkeley).
Currently works with clients of many various fields and sizes (from start-ups to multinational corporations) to develop their people to be ready for leadership and business challenges.
